Through <strong>Judcar S.L.<\/strong> \u2014 co-owned by Pere and his children Judith and Edgar Carvajal M\u00e1rquez \u2014 the group <strong>reached an 80% stake<\/strong>, with the remaining 20% held as treasury shares. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong>2013<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Looking Ahead<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We relocated operations to the Can Volard Industrial Park in Parets del Vall\u00e8s, doubling our space to 2,680 m\u00b2 and beginning to operate as a logistics platform for various manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong>2014<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Adding Value<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We expanded our facilities to the current <strong>8,000 m<\/strong>\u00b2. In parallel, we sold the 20% treasury shares to <strong>five key executives<\/strong>, strengthening internal commitment. We also launched our <strong>beef cutting <\/strong> operations, opening up new business lines.  <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong>2016<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Expansion and Diversification<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I We added <strong>two cutting rooms <\/strong> (for pork and beef) and acquired a 50% stake in <strong>CellVi Osona<\/strong>, producer of wines under our <strong>Masia Vila-Rassa label<\/strong>. This year also marked the start of our <strong>export activities to Asia and Europe.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong>2018<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Strategic Alliances<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We signed a distribution agreement with <strong>Hijos de Rivera<\/strong> for specific areas in Barcelona, becoming official distributors of Estrella Galicia. This milestone marked our entry into the <strong>HORECA<\/strong> channel and further consolidated our portfolio of proprietary brands. That same year, we also introduced lines of <strong>sliced cured meats and fresh products.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\"><strong>2021 <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Innovation and the Future<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We launched an <strong>800 m\u00b2 industrial kitchen<\/strong> equipped with cutting-edge technology for the production of <strong>fourth- and fifth-range products<\/strong> under the <strong>Natural Xef<\/strong> brand.
