Ingredients:<\/strong> Carn d’Angus picada finament, t\u00e0peres, mostassa, ceba vermella, cogombres, julivert, ou de guatlla, oli d’oliva, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Barrejar la carn d’Angus amb t\u00e0peres, mostassa, ceba vermella, cogombres i julivert. Formar petites porcions i col\u00b7locar a sobre un ou de guatlla cru. Servir amb torrades.<\/p>\n
