Aquest formatge, de color groc ivori, forta aroma i sabor picant i persistent, es presenta a falca i ja acumula tres premis internacionals amb els anteriors el 2017 i 2019.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Curado con trufa Brebis D\u2019Or El Pastor:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0va rebre el Cincho d&#8217;Or al grup de formatges elaborats amb ingredients no lactis. Aquest formatge presentat en format pe\u00e7a de 3 kg i mitja pe\u00e7a, t\u00e9 un sabor l\u00e0ctic trufat i olor forta, presentant un color groc ivori caracter\u00edstic amb trossos de t\u00f2fona. Pertany a tota una fam\u00edlia de formatges amb Brebis D\u2019Or del Pastor disponible en m\u00faltiples formats i tipus de formatge.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Rulo de queso de oveja El Pastor:<\/strong><\/span> va rebre el Cincho d&#8217;Or al grup de formatges de pasta tova de llet d&#8217;ovella amb coagulaci\u00f3 l\u00e0ctica. Un formatge de color blanc homogeni i sabor suau amb textura untuosa i pasta fina agradables al paladar.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Pastor de Santa Cristina de la Polvorosa:<\/span> <\/strong>formatge tamb\u00e9 emparat sota la Marca de Garantia de Tierra de Sabor, va rebre el Cincho de Plata al grup de formatges anyencs de llet crua d&#8217;ovella. Es tracta d&#8217;un formatge que ja acumula el seu segon premi, despr\u00e9s de rebre el Word Cheese Award bronze el 2017.
