albira l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;embalatge biodegradable cada vegada m\u00e9s a prop.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;embalatge dels productes alimentosos \u00e9s una de les principals preocupacions de la societat<\/strong>, sobretot en concebre l&#8217;esquin\u00e7ador panorama que enfronta la vida marina a causa dels pl\u00e0stics d&#8217;un sol \u00fas.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, ja fa temps que<strong> la ind\u00fastria alimetaria intenta donar amb materials i m\u00e8todes que disminueixin l&#8217;impacte<\/strong> ambiental al llarg de tota la cadena de subministrament.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Embalatges m\u00e9s sostenibles en la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Des de l&#8217;enfocament tradicional, el sector d&#8217;aliments i begudes s&#8217;ha concentrat a aconseguir el m\u00e0xim nivell d&#8217;optimitzaci\u00f3 per a envasos i embalatges, concentrant-se en la protecci\u00f3 del producte alhora que a facilitar el seu transport i emmagatzematge.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, la transformaci\u00f3 per a abordar els tres pilars de la sostenibilitat s&#8217;accelera cada dia, i requereix un esfor\u00e7 per adherir-se a l&#8217;economia circular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des dels envasos i safates, fins a escumes, granses i anelles per a llaunes de beguda, ja poden fabricar-se amb materials millorats<\/strong>, superadors dels pl\u00e0stics de baixa qualitat que no pot de reciclar-se.<\/p>\n<p>I per aix\u00f2, la innovaci\u00f3 no es det\u00e9 i ja hi ha emprenedors pensant com reempla\u00e7ar definitivament al pl\u00e0stic, amb materials que compleixin les mateixes premisses per\u00f2 que minimitzin l&#8217;impacte en la naturalesa.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels projectes m\u00e9s innovadors est\u00e0 Catalunya, ara amb l&#8217;impuls atorgat pel <strong>Barcelona New Economy Week (BNEW)<\/strong> com a guanyador en la categoria zones econ\u00f2miques.<\/p>\n<p>La startup catalana Oimo est\u00e0 dissenyant un material a base d&#8217;extractes d&#8217;algues, sucres naturals i olis vegetals per a obtenir un producte, similar al pl\u00e0stic en les seves funcions, per\u00f2 completament biodegradable.<\/p>\n<p>El producte, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;elaborar-se amb mat\u00e8ries primeres de productors locals, t\u00e9 menor peso que el cart\u00f3 i pl\u00e0stics que s&#8217;utilitzen en l&#8217;embalatge de transport, la qual cosa contribueix a reduir la petjada de CO\u2082 en la distribuci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4>A <a href=\"\/?p=212645\"
