border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Recepta de mandonguilles de vedella del &#8220;Giron\u00e8s&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Per elaborar les mandonguilles batem l&#8217;ou en un bol juntament amb la llet i la molla de pa.<\/li>\n<li>Ho barregem tot b\u00e9 fins que quedi gaireb\u00e9 com si fos una papilla.<\/li>\n<li>En una paella ofeguem una mica de ceba i l&#8217;all ben picats amb una mica de julivert.<\/li>\n<li>Barregem la carn amb la ceba i l&#8217;all ofegats i amb la barreja del bol.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;afegeix sal i pebre.<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 els sabors s&#8217;assentin \u00e9s recomanable tapar la carn ja barrejada amb la resta d&#8217;ingredients amb un film transparent i deixar-la reposar a la nevera de 30 a 60 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Despr\u00e9s del temps de rep\u00f2s formem boles amb la carn i les passem per farina per fregir a continuaci\u00f3 a foc baix i amb abundant oli.<\/li>\n<li>En una paella a part ofeguem ceba amb la pastanaga i el llorer.<\/li>\n<li>Afegim el vi blanc i deixem coure 20 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Retirem el llorer i triturem la mescla.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;afegeix la salsa a la cassola amb les mandonguilles, es rectifica de sal i es deixa a foc lent durant una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Passat aquest temps les mandonguilles de vedella estan a punt per ser servides, millor si \u00e9s en companyia d&#8217;unes patates fregides o un gaspatxo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
