quan la posem al foc.<\/li>\n<li>El foie hem treure&#8217;l de la nevera deu minuts abans de cuinar-per poder tallar-ho de forma neta.<\/li>\n<li>Per acompanyar la carn anem a elaborar una salsa de ceba caramel\u00b7litzada.<\/li>\n<li>Per fer-la a casa n&#8217;hi ha prou amb picar una ceba i posar-la a sofregir en una paella amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la ceba estigui daurada hi afegim dues cullerades de sucre i ho deixem a foc mitj\u00e0-baix uns 15 o 20 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Despr\u00e9s incorporem una cullerada sopera de vinagre i deixem reduir cinc minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Opcionalment podem triturar la barreja, si ha quedat molt espessa podem afegir una mica d&#8217;aigua.<\/li>\n<li>Amb la salsa ja llista \u00e9s hora de preparar la carn.<\/li>\n<li>Comencem passant els filets de foie per la planxa per marcar-una mica per cada costat.<\/li>\n<li>Retirem el foie i en la mateixa planxa cuinem la vedella al gust.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la vedella estigui a punt la emplatem i tornem a passar el foie per la paella fins que estigui totalment fet.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 col\u00b7loquem el foie a sobre de la vedella i empolvorem sal en escates.<\/li>\n<li>Decorem amb la salsa de ceba caramel\u00b7litzada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
